Security cameras are located in the lobby and every floor (3-4 cameras each floor). Please throw away all garbage/trash before you leave.<br /><br />**This is a SMOKE FREE building. No smoking or vaping on the balconies, inside the unit or any common areas.**<br /><br />Please limit to small parties or events.<br />Check-In time: 3:00 pm (or anytime after)<br />Check-Out: 11:00 am<br />Early Check-In/Out may be available. Please inquire a day prior to your arrival.<br /><br />Limited Public Parking is available onsite for a fee. There are other parking garages in the surrounding area. Free parking is available along the streets.<br /><br />We ask all guest read over following rules:<br />*. All guests are required to register with a valid Government Photo Id at Security desk after 4:30pm to 8am. <br />*. All visitor of guests must be signed in at the Security Desk in the middle of the lobby before entering an elevator each time.<br />*. Keep noise volumes to a minimum; do not allow door to slam. Loud Music/TV or loud talking on the lanai is not allowed.<br />*. Do not dispose baby wipes, paper towels, or male/female products down the toilet. Use a small amount of toilet paper or you will cause a clog. If you cause a clog, you will be responsible for the cost to clear the line.<br />*. Do not bring SAND, MUD, OR RED DIRT into the building, room or tub/shower as you will be charged any fines accessed.<br />*. Due to high humidity, the Air condition units tend to have condensate onto the lanai. A/C containers must be emptied regularly in the bathtub. We ask for your kokua(help) in turning OFF air condition while out and about.<br /> <br />*. Items are not permitted to hang over the walls of the building. There will be a $50 fine.<br />*. All units are Non-Smoking rooms.<br />*. Please remember to have your keys with you to avoid being “locked out” of the room. Missing keys upon check out will result in a $75 USD charge to the guest.<br />*. Any damages to the building or unit caused by you or your guests will result in a charge.<br />*. Read all notices posted in the Elevators or common areas for maintenance work scheduling.<br />*. Trash chutes are located on each floor next to the Elevators. If locked, please locate the large trash bins in the underground parking garage.<br />*. Normal check out time is 11 am or earlier. Please use the Key drop box on the back of our office door facing the security desk. There will be a $100 charge for FAILING to check out at 11a.m.<br />*. Any locks out after normal business hours will be charged $30.<br /><br /><br />PARKING<br /><br />Kuhio Village Towers provides two public parking garages located at 2463 Kuhio Avenue at the front of the building and 2450 Prince Edward Avenue at the back. Parking kiosks are available on-site, and the use of a credit card is recommended, as no cash change is issued. Parking rates are $2.00 per 30 minutes, $4.00 per hour, and $30.00 for 24 hours.
